Father’s Day is fast approaching and you might still be wondering what you should for your father, but the city of Osprey has you covered. On June 16th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can spend the day in Oscar Scherer State Park learning how to use a compass with your father. Forget the casual gift card and outside lunch, and give your father a real Father’s Day everyone will remember. No other city has an event like this one. Rangers will provide you and your Father with special activities to implement your compass skills, which will lead you through beautiful Florida scenery and fun-filled action. The event is open to any and all (regardless of compass experience).
