Sale price is mutually agreed upon price by Medway Realty and the seller of the home based on recently sold comparables within the past 60 days.
Seller agrees to co-operate in the preparation of the home and makes the home available for showings.
Seller will have the home professionally staged if Medway Realty finds it necessary.
Sold is defined by a fully executed contract.
The guarantee is null and void if the seller rejects an acceptable offer within 5% of the asking price.
If not sold in the 90 day period then Medway Realty will list and sell your home for a further 180 days and will charge zero listing commission.
Seller will be responsible for paying selling commission to selling agent of 3%.
