Felicia Desatnik

I am a native-born Floridian that was raised in Westchester County, New York. While living in New York, I worked with Special Education students from elementary to high school level. Working with students required me to pay precise attention to details and it required uncompromising dedication. During my summers off work, my family enjoyed vacationing in various Florida locations. With the beautiful beaches and perfect weather year-round, we knew the Gulf Coast was for us!

When our children were ready for college, they both headed off to the sunshine state for The University of Tampa. My husband and I decided it was time for us to relocate ourselves and called Sarasota home. When I am not working, you can usually find me with my toes in the sand on one of our beautiful powder soft beaches!

I enjoy looking at houses and I love helping people. I can see the potential of a house through its framework, and I like to help others see it too. I enjoy seeing people envision their entire future in a home that they like.
