Terry Langham

The Langham-Dilmore Team consists of Terry Langham, Broker Associate, Katy Dilmore, Realtor and Marilyn Langham, Licensed Assistant. Terry & Katy are each full-time professionals and the team has over 80 years of combined real estate experience.

Terry and Marilyn are originally from the Lansing, Michigan area but have been full-time Venice residents and Realtors since 1988. They thoroughly enjoy life spending their leisure time with their 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.. Terry is an avid golfer and both Terry and Marilyn love the splendor of the Florida beaches and sunsets. Terry and Marilyn are former owners of Wheeler Real Estate of Venice, Inc.

Katy is originally from Elmira, New York and relocated to Venice in 1999 after her husband Jim retired from serving 20 years in the Air Force. Katy continued her real estate career and began working with Terry and Marilyn. Katy has 2 children and 4 grandchildren that live locally, so much of her leisure time is spent with family. She enjoys being on the water...kayaking, boating, fishing and exploring the fun tiki bars!

The team was formed to better serve their customers. Experience has taught them that productive, frequent contact with customers will result in the achievement of both buyer's and seller's objectives.
